Academia Suites ApartmentsThis apartment complex has 2 buildings (1100 W. Godfrey and 1101 Spencer). Each building got a substantial size Rushforth Solar hot water installation.

Finished solar tank and new high efficiency heaters.After old equipment removal, pressure washing, filling in a pit, and painting, the new custom solar tank (on left) was installed, along with 2 new 95% efficient commercial water heaters (on right).
