apartment investing and renovating, combined with 3 years of engineering education from Drexel University
along with an environmental passion. He is a Licensed Master Plumber and a NABCEP certified solar thermal

Jan Marie Rushforth, Partner,
brings over 25 years experience in Business Administration, PR and Property Management. She earned a Masters
in Counseling Education (Texas Tech) and was in 1st Class of Women at Rutgers College. Jan served as a Commissioner in
Haverford Township, is Vice-President / Past President of Darby Creek Valley Association, and is a member of the Haverford Township Environmental Advisory Committee (EAC).

Daniel Banks, P.E. is a senior member of the Association of Energy
Engineers. He provides structural, mechanical, and energy engineering
consultations and designs for architects, engineers, builders, and investors
for the past 40 years in the Delaware Valley. He has taught Building
Inspections for Engineers, Architects, and Contractors for the past 15
years. He holds advanced degrees in Civil and Mechanical Engineering from
the University of Pennsylvania. Dan is knowledgeable about the design and
operation of apartment buildings, having invested in them. He is also a
world traveler and has visited over 50 countries. |

Roger Gutzwiller has a BS
in engineering from Penn State University and received his Professional Engineering license in the
State of NJ in 1990. He currently represents a German company specializing in test equipment for
telecommunications systems. As chairman of the Blairstown Township Environmental Commission,
Mr. Gutzwiller also is an advocate for energy efficiency and renewable energy,
utilizing these principals at home and in his town. |

Andrew J. Kleeman is Vice President and General Manager of PA for Mercury Solar Systems. Mr. Kleeman brings over 25 years in building sciences, energy, and investment real estate and is a passionate advocate for sustainability and re-urbanization. He founded Eos Energy Solutions in 2007, a leading PA solar integrator. Eos was acquired by Mercury Solar Systems in early 2010 and Mr Kleeman now leads Mercury's solar development efforts in PA.

Dr. Arnold Leitner is a chief executive and serial entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in utility-scale solar and conventional power. He is the founder and former CEO and President of two successful companies in the concentrating solar power (CSP) sector, SkyFuel, Inc. and ReflecTech, Inc. Prior to starting SkyFuel, Arnold was a Senior Consultant at Platts Consulting. While at Platts he authored a seminal solar energy study for the U.S. Department of Energy, "Fuel from the Sky". Arnold is the former Chairman of the American Solar Energy Society’s (ASES) Solar Electric Division. Arnold holds a PhD in physics from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from Columbia University, New York.

Mark Litwack is co-founder of Emerald Electronics Design
LLC, a firm specializing in custom electronics hardware and software for renewable energy applications. He has 25+ years
experience designing and implementing high performance computer networks and electronic data acquisition systems, with one patent and several patents pending in these fields. Mr. Litwack has a BS degree in
Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a NABCEP entry level certificate in PV technologies. |

Chuck Marken is the Solar Thermal Editor for Home Power Magazine. He has authored many articles on solar heating and related topics and has taught
solar heating and hot water workshops throughout the United States for Solar
Energy International and a class for the University of New Mexico Continuing
Education for the past 14+ years. Mr. Marken is a New Mexico licensed
plumber, electrician, and heating and air conditioning contractor who has
been installing and servicing hundreds of solar thermal systems since 1979
including batch solar water heaters, thermosyphon systems, closed loop
antifreeze systems, drainback systems, solar heating systems integrated into
radiant floors, solar air collectors and solar pool heating systems. |

Michael Oei AIA, Architect. His practice Michael V. Oei Architects LLC guides clients through the design and construction process, while providing innovative, creative, and workable solutions. Projects include corporate headquarters, office buildings, commercial facilities, retail interiors, and single-family housing. Mr. Oei has a keen understanding and interest in 'green' sustainable design. |

Dr. Tuffey is well known throughout Pennsylvania for his clean energy leadership and advocacy. He is a member of the PA Energy Advisory Council and an Advisor to the PA Energy Development Authority. |

Mike Wanner is an enthusiastic promoter and friend of Rushforth Solar. Ordained as a Metaphysical Minister and an Interfaith Minister, Mr Wanner practices and teaches spiritual energy therapies in the Philadelphia Area.
