| Jan Marie Rushforth has a master's degree in education, and 20 years experience in business and property management. Jan handles business administration and much of the public relations for Rushforth Solar LLC. Jan is also very active with environmental and community efforts. |

Roger Gutzwiller has a BS in engineering from Penn State University and received his Professional Engineering license in the State of NJ in 1990. He currently represents a German company specializing in test equipment for telecommunications systems. As chairman of the Blairstown Township Environmetal Commission, Mr. Gutzwiller also is an advocate for energy efficiency and renewable energy, utilizing these principals at home and in his town. |

Mark Litwack is co-founder of Emerald Electronics Design
LLC, a firm specializing in custom electronics hardware and software for renewable energy applications. He has 25 years
experience designing and implementing high performance computer networks and electronic data acquisition systems, with one patent and several patents pending in these fields. Mr. Litwack has a BS degree in
Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a NABCEP entry level certificate in PV technologies. |

Chuck Marken is the Solar Thermal Editor for Home Power Magazine. He has
authored many articles on solar heating and related topics and has taught
solar heating and hot water workshops throughout the United States for Solar
Energy International and a class for the University of New Mexico Continuing
Education for the past fourteen years. Mr. Marken is a New Mexico licensed
plumber, electrician, and heating and air conditioning contractor who has
been installing and servicing hundreds of solar thermal systems since 1979
including batch solar water heaters, thermosyphon systems, closed loop
antifreeze systems, drainback systems, solar heating systems integrated into
radiant floors, solar air collectors and solar pool heating systems. |

Alan Rushforth) is a licensed Master Plumber for 30 years. His experience includes all phases of commercial and residential plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems. His projects range from complete system design and installation, to troubleshooting and repairs. |

Tuffey, PhD, is director of the PennFuture Center for Energy, Enterprise, and the Environment in Philadelphia. Dr. Tuffey is well known throughout Pennsylvania for his clean energy leadership and advocacy. He is a member of the PA Energy Advisory Council and an Advisor to the PA Energy Development Authority. |
